Xavier Lang-Claes, Chief Executive Officer

Xavier is a master’s graduate in business and finance from EBS Paris, Munich, London, and he is fluent in French, German, English and Spanish and has good Russian. Xavier joined Hawk at the start of June 2008 having most recently been General Director of SocGen’s factoring business in Moscow. Formerly, he was Operations Manager of Eurofactor AG and whilst running the German business for Eurofactor, the business doubled in size to a book of €2 billion and tripled profits. Xavier was also instrumental in building the receivables finance businesses at SocGen.

Jean-Francois Diaz, Chief Technology Officer

Jean-Francois holds a degree in IT science and began his career at Factofrance Heller (GE today) as a system engineer and project leader. Latterly he was Project Director responsible for the design and implementation of their e-business site on the web. Jean-Francois also designed and set up specific client products and software.  Prior to joining Hawk in April 2008, Jean-Francois was CEO of a start up company specialising in financial solutions (2004-2008) and IT Director in Euro Sales Finance from 2000 to 2004. Jean-Francois designed the exclusive operating technology platform, FinXpress, which we use to interface with our clients and other stakeholders.
