Overview

Hawk Group S.A. (“Hawk”) provides trade receivables based financing to European Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (“SMEs”) as well as receivables related services to global institutions that require bespoke solutions for their own SME clients.

We deploy a cutting-edge information technology platform, FinXpress (a web-based interface with customers and counterparties), efficient operational processes and a highly experienced team to meet and exceed our clients’ requirements – both from a financing and servicing perspective.

Over the past three years, our platform has been proven and we have attracted the attention of a number of substantial financial services businesses that are looking to expand their product portfolio.  We have entered into a number of partnerships with such institutions, tailoring our offering to meet their individual financing and servicing requirements.

Legal Structure

Hawk is the holding company of Trade Receivables Finance S.A. (“TRF”) and Hawk Management S.A. (“Hawk Management”).  All receivables purchasing is conducted through TRF, whilst fulfillment and servicing is provided through Hawk Management.

 

 

Hawk’s shareholders include funds managed by Clearbrook Capital Partners LLP and Cheyne Capital Management(UK) LLP, as well as other institutions and high net worth individuals.
